DO NOT put ANYTHING in the TOILET unless you've EATEN IT!

DEAR TENANTS and OTHERS using the TOILET!   EAT then DUMP!

PEOPLE, Adults and Parents; YOU must SUPERVISE your children around the HEAD or TOILET!  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE and YOU WILL PAY if YOU screw it up!

DO NOT put ANYTHING in the TOILET unless you've EATEN IT FIRST!

And I do mean ANYTHING! 

I'm getting a bill from Rotorooter because of your foolish, childish behaviour of putting paper towels, wads of toilet paper and grease down the toilet. And I WILL be passing these expenses on to you! Are you surprised? You shouldn't be! You are RESPONSIBLE for that toilet or head during your rental! Yours to love,  feed and take care of.

This means NO "disposable"diapers, chicken bones, toys, paper towels, grease, condoms, feminine products, ground up in-laws, magazines, tampons, paper towels (again!), napkins, cat litter, meat chunks, marijuana stash, dead animals, dead fish, pills, pokes, etc. (GOD alone knows what some fool will try next!)
